Which section should I use to declare my speeding fine or other penalties (driving in a bus lane, parking fine) ?

Is it the section on criminal conviction, civil penalty or caution/warning ?

Thanks

Did you end up declaring your PCN, if so what did you put it under?

Please refrain from posting in topics that are not relevant to your circumstances eg tier 4 extension.

Citizenship applications are a different set of laws and rules.

They are none of the above. You could write it in the additional information box, as I did.

I had two council PCN for parking in permit bays without a permit and a council PCN for driving in a bus lane. I've never had a FPN or any other motoring offences (passed my test 9 years ago this week, still have clean licence :D). One FPN in the last 12 months will be disregarded anyway.
