Form AN not have payment section. And where to fill payment?

hi,i need help plz,2 weeks ago i applied for naturalisation application and received a fees decline letter,i submit fees again but unfortunately i lost my card now im worried that how to inform ukba about new card????help plzzzz

You are not dealing with UKBA!
If you mail UKBA obviously papers can get lost - they were abolished in 2013.
Use AN payment form.
Send to up to date HO address.
'Next time' apply via NCS.

As long as you know who you're dealing with and have the correct address that's all that matters.
card details changed after application made .
