NCS and original BRP

As I understand during my NCS appointment, they will enclose attested photocopies of my BRP with the application and return the original BRP back to me as I do not want to surrender my it at the time of my NCS appointment. Please guide how will I answer these questions on Form AN:
Q 6.7 BRP enclosed? Yes No
If not enclosed then please state the location of biometric residence permit.
Q 6.12 If the required biometric residence permit (BRP) is not enclosed please give details why you are unable to provide it.
Please guide which option will I pick in Q6.7 (YES OR NO)? If I pick answer ''NO'', what reason will I provide in Q6.12?
