Sorry I know this post was a while back and I am in a similar situation. I am a family member of an eea national and am planning to apply for BC. Would I need to submit my father employment history to show that he was excising his treaty rights? Or woud I need to show that I was excising my rights. I am over 19 years old would I need to show I am dependent on my father? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

To avoid confusion & jumbled responses, I have moved your question to its own thread (this one).

The privilege of citizenship is nothing to do with your father, it's all about you.

Are you EEA or non-EEA?
Do you have DCPR or PRC as the case may be?

Is it going to be a Section 6(1) or 6(2) naturalisation application?

Do you meet all other requirements (have you checked)?
