Hi All,

I'm just applying to register my daughter via Section 1(3). She was born in the UK to non-settled parents, but who now have ILR.

I just wanted to check if I'm missing something here.

Although I have to provide details of my ILR, in terms of documents to submit, the seem to only ask for child's birth certificate and passport, and parents marriage certificate.

Am I correct that I DO NOT have to send my biometric residence permit or passport as the parent??

Many thanks!
Grant

You have to send proof of either parents ILR status.

Suggest use NCS to submit, they will copy all the documents/passports and give originals back to you.

You can also apply using the JCAP scheme (joint citizenship and passport applications).
