Naturalisation for Daughter

Recently in Feb 2016 applied for ILR with my wife and us both got ILR now and qualified for naturalisation on Feb 2017.
I have daughter and recently and lived in the India and got ILE - Settlement in 1st Oct 16 and planning to come in the UK on 12 Oct 16.
She is now 14 years and 10 months old and I would like to know
1. when she can apply for her naturalisation?
2. Does she need to qualified for 2 years residence test
3. Does she need to wait for our naturalisation or she can apply before or with us?
