Hi,

Here is the situation in detail, please let me know the application form I need to fill (and category they come under) for applying British citizenship for my wife and kids.

I got my British citizenship and passport 3 years before.

My wife and kids got their ILR on Nov 25th 2015 (printed date on their Biometric card).
Both of my kids are born outside of UK.

My wife and kids are in country for more than 3 years and not gone for more than 50 days out of country in past one year.

1. Are they eligible to apply for British citizenship (naturalisation) in end of October.

2. What's the application form I need to fill?

I checked uk gov site, AN for adult and MN1 for Kids...

Is AN and MN1 the correct forms?

Also please let me know the category they fall under?

Any help much appreciated.

1) Eligible anytime after Nov 2015 as they have ILR and spouse has British spouse; no need to wait.

2) Yes, correct.

3) Section 6(2) of BNA for spouse;
Section 3(1) of BNA for minors;

Sorry to ask, is there any clause mentioning spouse and kids needs to be 3 yrs in country before applying for naturalisation?

They are here in uk for 3 yrs and 4 months now.

Spouse of BC 3 years: as per 6(2) of BNA.

No limit for young children; 2 years for older teens.
