Form UKF — occupation

On the UKF form, the first question in the "Good Character" assessment is "What is your Occupation?"
Let's say you're a self-employed film and video editor with a lengthy C.V. However, you currently make money as a bartender in a brew pub.
If you were filling it out, would you list your occupation as self-employed film editor, because that's your profession? Or would you list bartender, since that's your current, legitimate gig at the moment?
