Hello,

I do not pay rent, i am living with my friend who owns the flat, and i am staying in one room.

Would that be an issue when I apply for the naturalisation?

Although, there are no questions regarding the accommodation and whether I pay rent.

But this can be brought up in the interview.

What interview? BC applicants aren't interviewed. :?

Whether you pay rent of not is irrelevant and won't be an issue.

Sorry to be more clear, the interview when someone apply for the passport after the naturalisation.

i think so too, that this should not be an issue.

I am will be doing NCS + Jointly paying for the application of passport.

I think I will not even have interview when applying for the passport as NCS will request the passport on my behalf.

Correct that no interview will be required when applying using the JCAP service unless there are exceptional circumstances.

In any event, the passport interview is to confirm your identity, not whether you pay rent.
