Hi

First of all i would like to thanks everyone on this website who have supported me time and time again for my immigration journey and now i am almost done.

please have a look on my process and let me know when i will be eligible for neutralisation

Entered uk in 2006 on student visa
got married 2010 (still on student visa)
Flrm (1) applied (april 2012) and granted oct /2012 for 2 years (2 year route)
extension on flrm (2) for another 2 years nov/2014 till nov/2016 (as i have spent almost 2 years of previous flrm abroad due to family death and illness )
ilrm applied and granted: oct 2016

Now i am not sure i can apply for for the AN as i have number of absent, the more i read the section 18, more i get confused. here are my absents.

flrm 1:
28/10/2012 till 16/05/2013 = 199 days
01/09/2013 till 02/08/2014= 334 days
flrm2:
2015 = 21 days
2016= no absent

if i apply for the AN in deceember 2016 then the breakdown of my days absent per year would be like this

dec 2012 - dec2013= 267
jan2014 - dec2014= 212
jan 2015 - dec 2015= 21 days

many thanks for reading

To apply as spouse of BC, it is based on the last 3 years immediately prior to your application date. To qualify, you MUST have been physically present in the UK at the start of the qualifying period. On what date do you wish to apply for BC? Once you have that date, then you need to work backwards and calculate.
