Hi All,

I have made citizenship application for 2 children and myself on 31 Oct 2016. Today I have received acknowledgement and request for biometric enrolment. Unfortunately one of my son's biometric letter doesn't have bar code printed on the letter. I'm not very sure how to proceed now. My questions are...

1. Do i need to request new letter? If yes, how to request?
2. May I proceed to enroll biometric for other child and myself or should wait ?

Post office staff has given me phone number:0300 123 2241 to contact home office but not much useful
But I have sent an email:NationalityBiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk to request bio-metric letter
