Form AN (January 2016) Help

Hello all,

I am now applying for the British Citizenship. I'm a EU national, been in the UK since 2009, got my Document Certifying PR in June 2015.
I'm filling in the Form AN now and have a few questions, I'd be very grateful if you can help me:

Question 1.3 Say when you were given indefinite leave to remain in the UK.
Is that the date when I've been in the UK for 5 years or the date when i got my Document Certifying PR?

Question 2.4 If you are an EEA national or the family member... please complete the following section.

Are you an EEA National or the family member of an EEA national?

Please state the number of your PR Card and the date of issue.

Here I am a bit confused? Do i have to fill this part in or not? When I read the GUIDE AN says: If you are a national of a member state of the EEA and do not have indefinite leave to remain in the UK you should complete these sections.

I do have ILR (I guess that is when they gave me the PR or not?) Can you please help me?

Thanks a lot,

Guido

No, you DO NOT have ILR you have PR.

ILR is applied for and granted under the UK immigration rules and costs £1,875

PR is automatically attained under the EEA/EU route and costs £65.

Thank you very much, CR001.

So I guess I do need to complete question 2.4 and state my Document Certifying PR number and date of issue, then.

Thanks again,

Guido

Yes, you need to complete the section for EU citizens.
