Naturalisation with unpaid council tax bill 3 years ago?

Is that might be ground of refusal for naturalisation ?
I applied for naturalisation two month ago and I didn't mention that 3years ago I moved from house Nd I went one day after few months to collect the letter Nd find out one cauncel house letter stating that u haven't paid for three month but I moved already and I haven't heard since Bcos I'm not there anymore and they didn't send any letter after that
I'm well scared now and worry

An outstanding Council tax bill can result in a refusal of BC. Have you advised the Council of your new address?

No , I moved to new adress the bill including the council tax and all ?

Call the Council who issued the bill which remains outstanding.

I will go today to the cauncel tax office Nd ask , I won't sleep today , I thought my application straight forward and I will get the citezenship easy , didn't know about cauncel tax Bcos I did move from thIs house and there are new ppl there and I remember my wife did ask me to call the cauncel tax office to inform them we left but I forget and I fought the new tanant will call them . Now I think I will get refused Bcos it's too late to contact them as my application is two month now and I will recieve the outcome soon

Just come back from the council office and they checked in thier system it showed there is zero record in my name but the lady said it might my balance was sent to recovery and call the recovery and ask them
But I have Experian account and i checked it it never showed me that I have any unpaid aut standing in my previous addresses
Any sugesst casa ?

I've nothing else to suggest. You've already submitted your BC application so it's just a question of waiting for the decision.
