AN+Passport application together through Nationality checkin

If there is any experienced or successful candidate reading this topic please help me out by providing some informations. thanks in advance
I obtained ILR based on 10years long lawful residency route from PEO at Liverpool. my BRP issued date is 14/12/2015.
So I booked the appointment for AN+passport application on 15/12/2016 in Dagenham/barking council.
To Fill out AN form version 01/16:
Page 3 point 1.1 : I had previous home office reference number before getting ILR shall I provide that one?
Page 6: I have done my MBA from Cardiff met Uni...and used it to obtain ILR, So which option i should Tick?
Page 9 point 1.45: I am a deputy manager of Supported living scheme for Learning disabled people..so what would be my occupation?
Page 23 point 6.5: I live in London and received BRP by post so what would be 'Place of issue'
Page 23 point 6.7: what option i should Tick here, bear it in mind that I am sending it by Nationality checking service.
Do I have to send the copy of my passport too?
To fill Passport application
Section 3: Do I have to fill this section as it appears that they were talking about british passport here.
i have a valid passport from my own country.
Section 5: Shall I leave this section untouched

It is not referring to ONLY BC passports
