It doesn't depend on your work. It depends on your sponsor.
When did you acquire PR based on sponsor?
Is sponsor now British?

9/16 is probably when you got your card, you mentioned that already.
When did you acquired PR status itself (not the PR card)?
It could have been as early as early 2015.
You can naturalise as per section 6(1) of BNA 12 months after that.
And divorce won't affect it as you already have PR status in the bag.

Like I said I came to the UK on 02/10 as husband of eu memeber. And on I got residence card of 5 years on July 2010. So I dont know when I required the Pr since im on the uk or since I got thge residence card.

The date of RC is largely irrelevant.
If your sponsor was a qualified person (or settled) ever since you came to UK then you should have acquired PR by, say, Feb 2015.
Assuming any absences from UK that either party enjoyed were within prescribed limits.
So you may apply to naturalise asap - assuming all other requirements for privilege of citizenship have been or can be met.

Looks like it.
It would be prudent to apply via NCS as they can check your date of acquisition of PR in your file in CID at HO.
So you risk only NCS fee instead of full AN fee if any mistake over the dates.
Suggest have a look at AN documentation and guidance to see if you have everything else in order.

Simply find the AN docs and guidance on Gov UK and read them.
