NO INFORMATION ABOUT CHILD PASSPORT YET...

HI all...
I would like to post my situation to get a relief from this forum.
I was naturalized in 2013 and got the British passport. My child was born in 2014 June outside UK . So I applied my chid british passport in October, 2015. After required documents sent to Home office , last 10 September 2016 the HO said they have sent all documents to NEW DELHI INDIA to process the child passport.
I got a mail again from Delhi , India to send child birth certificate and a letter from mother via mail within 14 days. Again I sent all those things even though they are in the files of HO. The panic situation arose because,
I never got an Automated Response for my sent mail with documents to Delhi office yet. I did not know whether they have received my documents via email or not ..
When I contacted HO here, they said they dont have any idea of that. I asked if they could give me a number of caseworker or so , in Delhi then I could talk but they said no way... !!!!!
I dont know what is really going over there ? Is anyone under same situation ?
please tell me is there a way to contact the office in Delhi , India ?
