Hi chaps.
Me and my family (2 children < 18 yo, born outside of UK and my wife) will be completing Tier1 5y + 1 year ILR next month.
I was preparing to apply via NCS soon and planning to submit all 4 applications at the same time.
My wife was not working all these years, taking care of school aged children.
Does it have any effect on her application (she has NI number but never made a contributions due to unemployment)?
Also, as we were married outside of the UK, we do not have local marriage certificate, we can supply the original, however it is not in english language.
