My wife is about to submit her naturalisation application form. As proof of residence, she is going to include a letter from her employer with a wording like the following:

"This is to confirm that Ms Jane Soandso (DOB: 01/01/1980) of ..., London, has been employed by Acme Ltd on a full time and permanent basis since January 2009."

Are there any changes you would recommend?

Why is she submitting a letter of employment as proof of residence?

Is your wife an EU citizen?

She is a US national on an EEA family permit (permanent resident card).
