BC and passport application by post

Hello everyone,
I want to apply for my BC and passport this week by post as I can not secure an appointment with the NCS here. can someone clarify if I have to send both the BC and passport application forms to thesame HO address or do I have to send the passport application form to Passport Office separately?
This is urgent please.

I don't believe it's possible to apply for naturalization and the passport at the same time by post as of yet. Only through the joint application service

As already advised, this joint application is ONLY possible through NCS. You can use any NCS, it does not have to be your council's NCS.
