I want to apply BC for my daughter and i think its registration via MN1 Application under Section 3(1) and details are as below :

Daughter : Born in India on Feb 2013 and Indefinite leave to enter the UK granted on August 2013 and Valid until Feb 2018

Father : BC since DEC 2013 and was on ILR when daughter was born

Mother : ILR since OCT 2011 and was on ILR when daughter was born

This is a single application and only for my daughter and my wife would still be on ILR .

Based on the above . Could you please answer the questions :

1. If the MN1 Application under Section 3(1) is correct ?

2. Any thing i need to take into consideration or any suggestions ?

Could you please answer if the professional referee for Child below 5 year old has to be from these "teacher, health visitor, social worker or minister of religion " ?

I was thinking of getting my friends of which one of them is a senior manager in a Ltd company and knows the child since she was 6 months old ?

This application is MN1 Application under Section 3(1)
