Help on date of Biometric on Form AN

Hi Good day,
I am in the process of filling out my Form AN.
On Section 6.13 and 6.14, I have to fill out date fingerprints were taken and place.
I did a first biometric as a Tier 1 applicant in Jan 2013 at the post office and another in person at Croydon's office when I applied for ILR.
Which biometric date do I use, the first or the most recent?
