Changes in Feb 2017 AN form(for naturalisation)?

Hi,
I am planning to apply for my Naturalisation in the first week of April 2017.
I was filling January 2016 AN form(for naturalisation) and just noted that there is a Feb 2017 version AN form?
Please can anybody help me with the below queries,
1)Is there any changes between Feb 2017 and Jan 2016 forms?
2)Is there a fee increase?

2)Is there a fee increase? Yes. Fees increased in April 2016 from £1,005 to £1236

My doubt was whether there is any change between the forms, any extra questions or requirements?

Why not read through the current form and check it out.

I just checked the latest form and it was out Feb 16th ...
I've submitted my application on the 22nd Feb via NCS and was using the Jan 2016 form... will I be in trouble? Is there anything I could do? Should I submit a new form?

I'm surprised that the NCS staff didn't notice it. It may be worth calling the NCS where you submitted the application as they have a direct line to the HO.

I submitted my application a week after the new forms were released and my local NCS said it was ok as it was so soon afterwards and usually forms are completed soon after NCS appointments are booked. Just to be on the safe side I completed the new version but the referee pages stayed on 2016 forms as making new appointments to see the referees would have been problematic. In any case the referee pages are exactly the same on the old and new pages, page numbers and all.

I booked an NCS appointment on 23 Feb for the 25 April and was told that there was no need for me to use the 02/17 AN form if I have already completed the 01/16 form. My appointment is with Bristol Council.

Hey did you eventually ring HO to find out if using the old form is an issue?
I also sumbmitted the old form but NCS said it was fine.

Yep, NCS said it was fine to submit old forms until they get notification from HO that old forms cannot be used anymore.
