Help with completing the form

Dear Senior Members,

I really need help and advise in filling my naturalisation form as there are few things where I really dont know what to write. Your support and expertise would be much much appreciated.
On AN form

1)

1.48 - 1.50 Asking to provide National Insurance contributions made for your current and previous employment during the past 10 years. On this section I have been employeed and self employed in UK from 2009 July 2015.

Query 1 . Do I have to mention my employment overseas prior to 2009
Query 2 . During my employmnet from 2009 to 2015 I was employed as well as self emplyed for one year so do I have to mention self employment too if so do I have to give my UTR number and National Insurance No.
Query 3 : Do I have to attached copy of all P60 P45 and for Self employment do I have to send some proof with form AN , Please advise with many thanks.

2.1 ) I first entered UK in July 2001 but that was on a visit visa and applied work permit , Left UK in 2005 . Back again in UK in Sep 2009 in HSMP , so which date should I mentioned on AN form as ILR is received under Tier 1 on Hsmp not on old status .
Please advise what I have to eneter here 2001 or 2009 as ILR received on the basis of HSMP / Tier 1

1.49 ( what should I put here ) Plesae advise

On Form AN
1.45 What is your occupation ( What should I write ) As after July 2015 I am a full time carer to date however my last occupation till July 2015 was credit Controller that is from 2009 to 2015 Credit Controller,

Plesae advise what should I write on occupation

on Form AN
considering me now a full time carer what should I write on these -: Please advise

1.46 Are you: An employee? A business partner? Self-employed? A director?

1.47 Name of employer or business:

1.48 Address of employer or business

Query 2 . During my employmnet from 2009 to 2015 I was employed as well as self emplyed for one year so do I have to mention self employment too if so do I have to give my UTR number and National Insurance No. You have to state ALL employment. Yes to UTR and NI number
Query 3 : Do I have to attached copy of all P60 P45 and for Self employment do I have to send some proof with form AN , Please advise with many thanks. P60s and SA302.

On Form AN

Plesae advise what should I write on occupation It is fine to write 'unemployed'. Employment is NOT mandatory for citizenship.
