Hi,

My daughter's BRP & Passport have been lost by HMPO and they have confirmed it and we have also got a police report reference number, her age is 8 yrs and she is eligible for Citizenship, can we apply her naturalization without BRP ?

I don't understand the circumstances of your question.

On what basis did they issue her BRP?

Non-British children do not naturalise. However, they may register.

If she is British, then she cannot register to be British. If she is not British, then she cannot apply for a British passport with the HMPO.

Why were her passport and BRP with the HMPO, for them to lose?
