Hi guys,
My son was born beginning of 2013 in Bulgaria. At that time, my wife and I had ILR (we lived in UK for more than 10 years). We both returned back to UK same year and in 2015 and we both successfully applied for British Citizenship.
Now, my question is if my son is eligible for British Citizenship, and if so which form we should use to apply?

Where are you and your son now? What's his UK Immigration status?

My son came to UK in 2013 (6 months after birth). He has Bulgarian passport only, which means he has EEA rights as all other Europeans.

MN1 under 3(1). But it may be complicated.
