I gave wrong NI number on my BC application by mistake. I gave my wifes NI number.

I applied 10 days back and just got the acknowlegement.

How do i contact Hone office to get this corrected? Do i need to use change in circumstances form?

Write to the address on the letter you received with the reference number you have advising them and give the correct number.

Probably not. If HO need something to be clarified, they should write to you.
