My question may have been answered on the forum but I couldnt find a very specific answer

I have applied for naturalisation through NCS on 27/02/2017
I have received a response from UKBA acknowledging the receipt of application.
I now want to travel to middle-east for 3 weeks on 13/04 (about a month and a half after applying)
Question
Can i travel while waiting for the outcome?
Even if i have the outcome and approved, can i still travel prior to ceremony?
What if the outcome letter arrived when I am away?

My planned travel is sort of unavoidable

Please can anyone help with my query
