Dears friends, Can HO will find my punishment record in 2002? I had jail for three months in 2002. Will this punishment effect my nationality application?

Did you declare it in your application form?
Yes, HO do check ALL your records.

No I did not declare bcoz that time I was illegal in uk and went back as volunteer in same year. After 6 years I back to uk on spouse visa. So that's why I applied my nationality and After my spouse visa I have not any criminal record.

One more thing I want to ask
Is use a doggy passport ?
come in fraud activities or criminal activities?

If you have not declared your conviction then you have no chance in suceeding this application. Furthermore, use of forged passport will also have a long term effect on your future applications for quite some time.
