I have book the appointment on 5 April 2017 and my tax is due from last year i am paying 600 every month by bank error my Payment is not gone through and i try to ring hmrc and explain hmrc but they are not happy to set up direct debit
i try so many times its not my fault i got late plenty charge as well and hmrc customer service told me paid every week or every month by standing order

will it will affect my application awaiting reply

No, unless you are in default and HMRC taking you to court. At this stage it's an admin problem rather than anything else.

i hv request for my last statement of account from hmrc but i hv not rec yet and my appointment is 5 April 2017
can i use my last tax return as a statement of the account i am self employed is that ok ?
