Filling up partner details on AN form

Hi friends
I was wondering if you could guide me on this. I am filling my AN form for British citizenship. I was granted ILR last year on basis of long term stay (10 yr) which included 3 years as unmarried partner of an EEA national.
Page 8 of the AN form has a section called- Details of your partner where it says 'Please provide details of your husband, wife or civil partner'. I wanted to know if I should include my unmarried partner's details here or not since she doesn't fall under 'wife' or 'civil partner' status.
