Forfeited or held..

Hi
Please help me, I am so confused not sure which form to fill in.
My son is 15 and born in 2002 and lived in the UK all the time.

We were not British at that time, my husband is from Sweden and I became British in 2006.
Ehat do I have to do please help me.
I have applied under Form T couple of years ago when he was 12 but they said we had to have work permit at the time he was born.
My husband is a dentist and worked here fro
The first date that we enter to the UK in 2001.

Parents' status at the time of child's birth are not relevant under Section 1(4). However, as you became British, then Registering under Section 1(3) may be easier.

At the time of the birth, how long had you and your husband been residing in the UK ?

Thanks for that. It slipped my mind. Thought they had 5 years residence ending before the child was born, notwithstanding the fact that he was born before 30-04-2006.
