Hi ,

I'am living in UK from the last 5 years , and married to a British Citizen ,

I' have been out of the country for 517 days in total in the last 5 years , but have not been out of country for

last 12 months , I got ILR 3 years ago .. I was out of country mainly because of medical treatments ..

in last 3 years I stayed more than 270 out of UK ,

So can I apply for Naturalization if I'am out of country for 517 days in last 5 years ..

Any comments much appreciated

According to this - https://www.gov.uk/becoming-a-british-c ... sh-citizen

-you must have not spent more than 270 days ouside the UK in the last 3 years

Also the booklet gives details about some special circumstances regarding absences.
