MN1 Help Urgent

Hi all
1- Adult Holds PR for more than 12 months and meet all criteria.
2- Child EU National lived in UK for more than 6 years, in school for all these years, but does not have DCPR, meet all other criteria.
Question is:
Does a Child born outside UK from EU parents have to have DCPR to apply for naturalisation using MN1?
