Hi every one,
I am about to apply for British citizenship. I have Permanent Residence card as a family member of EEA national form last one year. I need help about the English B1 requirement.
Can I use my IELTS Academic with Band 6, which I passed on 23/02/2015, has run out after two years of validation.
I send this certificate with my Permanent Resident Card application year ago, even It was not a requirement that time but was valid.
OR
Should I get English Language Assessment by sending,
1. My two years overseas degree qualification.( Not equivalent to UK degree)
2. I have also AAT qualification from UK. (Not equivalent to UK degree)
3. IELTS certificates
Will they be able to confirm that I meet the requirement of CEFR B1?
OR
I should go for B1 English test form Trinity College?
I will really appreciate your help.
Aiden

Only qualifications/test centres on the UKVI list are permitted, see https://www.gov.uk/english-language for details.
Specifically:
1) not applicable unless foreign degrees taught in English (which needs certification)
2) not applicable, UK professional qualifications are not recognised for this purpose
3) not applicable, as expired and not used previously for immigration purposes (EU PR does not require language test).
To avoid any delay or rejection suggest you go straight for the B1 test. Do you have LITUK test?
