BC Application Please help

Hello folks,
I just recently got my ILR,
1. Am i eligible to apply straight away for BC? (Wife is a british).
2. All records clean except for some CCJs that i have.
I checked my credit report, i had 5 CCJs, i have set up DD for all, and two are already paid off. Please can this be any obstacle????
Please any suggestion will be highly welcome. Thanks

1. It depends on your immigration history, and how you got ILR.
2. Personally I would not care, but I imagine that could be an obstacle.

Yes. You obviously need to make sure that you meet the various naturalisation requirements, which are different from those for ILR.

It may cause you to fail to meet the good character requirement. Given the number of CCJs, they may also look at the pattern of events.
