Criminal convictions for British Citizenship

Hi guys
I am applying for my British Citizenship and I need some advice on how to fill out the criminal convictions section. I don't have any criminal convictions but I've had a caution which I've declared on previous applications. I also have been issued with maybe 3 or 4 speeding tickets in the past. I can't really remember how many as they were all issued around 2003-2004 in the USA. These have never been declared on any of my immigration applications as I was never required to. However, now it seems you must declare this when applying for naturalization. Now my main issue is where on the form do I put that information? Given a speeding ticket is not a criminal conviction, do I simply put 'No' in that box and then write on a separate piece of paper explaining that I have recevied speeding tickets in the past? Or am I supposed to tick 'yes' that I have a criminal conviction? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
