Is PR (EEA) enough when applying or do I need more evidence?

Hi all
I received my PR a few months ago and i'm going to apply for Citizenship in September.
Two questions:
1. Is it normal for HO to keep some of the documents I sent with my PR application?
2. Do I have to provide all the same work/living evidence for the past 5 years along side the PR card?
Thanks

You must provide the information and documents required as set out in the AN form and guidance booklets, working back from the date of the application, up to 10 years as required/applicable. Nationality (UK law) is different from PR (EEA rules) - do not assume they know everything already.
Your questions:
1. I don't know
2. as required by AN

Question 2- I think there is a lot les hassle with the documents this time round than for the PR and it seems they assume that once you got the PR, you do not need to send all of the same stuff for citizenship. I have all my documents prepared to apply in a few weeks, and the pile is a lot smaller than the PR one used to be. The guide specifies what you need to bring, there is some overlap.
