Hello
i would need some advice with filling in the AN form.
Firstly I am for EEA , and my wife is from EEA as well
i am not sure couple of question.

1. on point 1.3. they ask for -Date you were given indefinite leave to enter/remain in the UK- its that the date when i get Permanent residence status? ( with PR card i got letter with date when I acquired PR status) By the way it is normal that PR card issue date is year after that PR status date on letter?

2. on point 1.32 -1.44 they ask my partner details. Do i have to fill in this part even if my partner filling another application for herself.Or it is better to fill in anyway?

3. Does Health and Safety Manger from my work qualify as a referee? (he know me more than 6 years)

4. (last one) on point 1.4 is the employment details. I been unemployed for 1 month 4 years ago. Do I have to put on the form. Or is better to put this anyway as I send p45 as well for this time

many thank for help. appreciate.

1. Not relevant to you. Complete the EU section as required.

2. Yes complete them.

3. Maybe, not sure.

4. Yes, simply state 'unemployed'. Won't have an effect on your application as employment is not mandatory for citizenship.

Thx. for answer.
Just back to point 1. on the form they ask for date and send me to AN guide, where is notice that i should apply for PR card even if i get automatically residence status after 5 years. (which is needed for application anyway) We get the card now with letter saying that i gain PR status on may 2016.
It is not that date what they ask? ( ithought that IRL and PR are the same depend which country I am)

ILR is applied for through the UK immigration rules route. It is not automatically attained like PR.

If you want to write the date then write it but the EU section asks for PR details.

You meant point 2.4 ? but there only ask for PR issue date and PR document number. The date of issue is difrent from Residence date given on the letter?
