Form AN filling help

i need your advice in order to fill the AN form. I was a Tier 2 ICT employee of an Indian company.So my employment in UK was not continuous although the Indian company was same. I was granted ILR last August based on 10 years long residence. First I came to UK in Aug 2006 on Business visa,Tier 2 work permit from 26-Nov 2006 to April 2009,TIER 2 (INT COM TRAN) MIGRANT from June 2009 to April 2011,TIER 2 ICT SHORT TERM STAFF MIGRANT from Sep 2011 to Aug 2012, TIER 2 ICT LONG TERM STAFF MIGRANT from Jan 2013 till ILR issued on 03- Aug 2016. On 01-Dec-2016, I have tuped across from the Indian company to the UK company. So My questions are

a) Do I need to mention the start date of employment in section 1.50 as 26-Nov 2006 and last day as 30-Nov-2016 for the Indian company or do I need to mention separate employments based on each Tier 2 entry and exit date?
b) In section 2.2 Do I need to mention the reason for the absence. I am having absenses of 154 days from 11/08/2012 to 13/01/2013. This is because my previous employment terminated in 11/08/2012 and came on Fresh TIER 2 ICT LONG TERM STAFF MIGRANT entry in 13/01/2013. So what reason I need to mention for the absence?. I am planning to apply the naturalization between 07-Aug-2017 and 10-Aug-2017
c)In section 1.49 I need to mention the Address of tax office or tax office reference. Do I need to mention the UTR number or NI number?
d) I am planning to apply a joint AN+passport application via NCS, So in section 6.7 (BRP enlcosed) do I need to select Yes or No ?
e) In section 1.1,it says please give any reference numbers used in your immigration applications. Can I left blank or need to fill the ILR BRP number ?

Appreciate if you could clarify my queries.

You must list each employer. Not each cycle of visa you held. If you worked for the SAME employer throughout Tier 2, then it is ONE employer.

You need to complete the list and state what the true reason is. Not sure why you think this is an issue.

UTR if self employed and the employers details in you are PAYE.

Yes, but you will get to keep it if applying through NCS and return it once you have attended your ceremony.

ILR BRP is fine.

Have you read the AN guidance notes and AN booklet??
