Hi,

We are trying to fill in the form of Registration of child as British citizen ( MN1), and stuck up with the page that require refrees.

We spoke to both my son's teacher and GP, but it seems they don't agree to fill those details.

We can manage to get details from a work colleague, but that would cover one refree. Can both the refrees be a work colleagues who knows my child?

Anyone who had been in the similar situation and can help here??

Thanks, Are you saying one should be british by descent? can both refree be a british citizen not by descent but had claim british citizenship afterwards?

As far as i can remember, the referes form say that one need to be professional of any nationality, and the other needs to be british.
Dont complicate things from bringing in decent or naturalization.
