Refree lives at the same address

Hi,
I am filling AN form for naturalisation. I have got a one question that my 2nd referee is a British Citizen and a professional Engineer. But he lives with me at the same address he is not related to me. He is my friend who knows me from last 8 years. Will this be a problem if he is living at the same address?
