Good evening,

I have been in Englad for over 7 years. Te passport I entered the country with expired over 2 years ago and I went back home to get a new one. In Bulgaria you are not allowed to keep your expired possport or ID card so I had to hand it in to the home office.
I also have my indefinite leave to remain since last year and I applied for it with my European ID card.
When I was registering for the exams Life in the UK and the verbal exam I used my European ID.
Now i read that with my application form I have to send my passport, my indefinite and the document I have used for the exams( my European ID card). All that leaves me with no ID and I have got 3 holidays planed within the next few months.
What shall I do?
Thank you very muh in advance!

Silviya

Apply using NCS at the council. You get to keep all your original documents as they will send copies. They charge a small fee for the service and you must make an appointment.

You can also apply for a British passport at the same time if you use NCS to submit.

Thank you for the reply!
Isn't there any other way as applying for naturalosation is very expensive and if I can avoid the £60 the council will charge me, I will be very happy ...
Thank you!

No there is not.

You either want to pay the small fee and hold onto your originals or you don't and have to send originals.
