Just wondering about receiving passport once ceremony is done.

Is this sent through 1st/2nd class mail or does it need to be signed for?

Also - BRP must be cut up and sent back to HO within 5 days of attending ceremony is that correct? should I send via recorded delivery so I have proof of sending it?

1. It is sent by a courier other than Royal mail & they do require a signature on delivery.

2. Recorded delivery is advised. (Just in case)

Passport is delivered by DX courier.

If it is a secure post box lile flats, they will just pop it through. For shared/unsecured post box, they ask for signature.

So they will not require signature from me, since I live in a flat? Just concerned that it's a bit tricky for me to arrange to be home esp not knowing which date exactly it would be arriving

No one can say for sure what DX do!

I live in a flat with a letter box popping through my door.

One child's pp was slipped in, for the other a werk letter knocked and asked for a sign.

Ah ok thanks for your help

If they need a signature hopefully they will leave me a card and I can call to arrange a specific date
