Naturalisation question

After reading and digging into almost all topics related to driving offences on this forum I am yet in two minds where does my case lay?
I just have this simple question
Based on this below record of my dvla check online do you guys think this is being shown as conviction or FPN.
Offence dates
Offence date: 4Feb 2017
Expiry date: 4 Feb 2020
Removal date: 4 Feb 2021
Offence details
SP50: Exceeding speed limit on a motorway
Penalty points: 3
Fine: £140.00
Court/Fixed penalty office
1080: Name unavailable
I was doing 71mph on M1 but it changed to variable speed of 60 for a bit. I wanted to pay FPN but never got it in time due to change of address hence pleaded guilty online when court paperwork came through.
Please note my application is currently with UKVI.
