Check your application status glitch

Hi everyone, one evening I was just checking my application status online when I got a message saying Decided on the 14th of July. It seemed odd as I just applied through Jcap in June. I've tried again and it showed Awaiting decision. I'm sure I input the right numbers. Did this happen to anyone? How reliable that is? Also I tried contacting the HO and the automatic message says that they cannot comment on applications status and that you should check online. I know that we are still very early on to try and find answers but I was just questioning about people's experiences

It's a beta service so expect it to have issues with site sometimes. Overall, it looks quite reliable service if you look at the other thread which is over 30 pages old now and growing.

What reference are you using as I only have a JCAP reference bit it says invalid ?

I use the ref number that came with the biometrics letter (or acknowledgement letter)
