hello there
i will be great thank full . if some body can help me.
i got speeding penalty in 2012 july. i am going to apply for British citizenship next month. My question shall i mention these penalty point in my application or no.

You should declare the offence but shouldn't result in a refusal of BC. Not declaring it would.

unfortunately he already submit his application and did not declare as he was thinking points had been removed so no need .
can you please advise what should he do know..
should withdraw the application
or send letter explaining why he did not declare

and one thing more he did not go to court police man give him for over speeding and he accept his mistake as well.
