Hello guys plz guide
Me and my family as dependent on ilr.
I applied for naturalisation and was unsuccessful due to 3 points recently.
My wife looks after us at home.
My family completed 5yrs residency in uk on 24 aug 2017 and got ILR done in jan 2016.
Can she apply along with 4 kids on her own
Do i need to have NI no on her and 2 kids over 16.
Documents I can make out is
1 life in uk
2 English
3 marriage certificate
4 birth certificates of children
Any other documents
I do have a joint account.
Do I need bank statements and utility bills in her and my name.

If your wife & children have held ILR for 12 months then they can apply in their own rights. They will need to meet all other requirements as well.

Life in the UK test & proof of English test from an approved provider required for your wife's application. She will need to fill form AN.

Any children under 18 will require to fill form MN1

If she did this for ILR, then she DOES NOT have to do it again.

There are minimal requirements document wise. Passport(s) covering the whole 5 years immediately preceding her application, English, LIUK, Photos. Follow the form and what it asks for. NCS returns ALL original documents (except LIUK I believe).
