Good morning guys.
Little confused about declaring or not some speed camera points, court etc.
The history is:
Got 3 points ( speed camera ) back in 2011. Provisional license, 6 years ago.
Got 3 points ( Police stopped and gave me this ) I appealed in court but lost in 2013, provisional license, 4 years ago
Got full license in June 2013
Got Simple caution ( domestic fight with my wife ) in 03/2014, 3 years and 6 months ago.
Got 3 points ( SP50, was 59 at 50mph motorway ) speed camera 02/2017, 7 months ago.
All for motorbike.
I know I have to declare the Simple Caution and the last 3 points I got in 02/2017.
My question is:
Do I have to declare those ones with more than 3 years ?
I appreciate some help.
Thank you

I believe you will have to declare them all
Also, don't you have to wait 3 years to spent the SP50 conviction? actually, did you get a FPN from the police or you went to court?

God, u had a colorful history..
But anyways, yes declare them all, you should be alright. I got my approval last week, looking at the speeding fine I got through court as was doing 58 in a 30, so got SP30 and 6 points end for 2015, so declared that in convictions.. and went ahead with my ILR and then naturalisation. Alhamdulillah got both of them

Thanks for reply.
I did not go to court for the SP50.
I got the notice, paid the fine and got 3 points.
This is so confusing for me.

Sorry to bump into your post but hsyasin can i ask when you got your SP30 through court .. Did you get a chance to pay the fine and take points via FPN method or did it go straight to court

Hi, good morning.
I ll explain better.
1- Got 3 points ( speed camera ) back in 2011. No court. Got the ticket by post, paid in time. Normal FPN.
2- Got 3 points ( Police stopped and gave me this ) I went to court against the police officer. After the hearing, judges decided in police officer's favour. Paid the fine on same day at the court ( If I recall, £260 ) and had 3 points endorsed in my license. This was April 2013. All provisional license.
June 2013 I got full motorbike license.
3- Got Simple caution ( Stupid fight with my wife. She called the police next day and I spend 10 hours at the Police Station. Was in 03/2014, 3 years and 6 months ago.
4- Got 3 points ( SP50, was 59 at 50mph motorway M25) speed camera 02/2017. No court. Got the ticket, paid the fine and 3 endorsement points. 7 months ago. Just a FPN.
I know I have to declare the Caution even knowing its been more than 3 years now. ( Please, correct me if I am wrong) and the last FPN I got in 2017.
My doubt is:
Do I have to declare number 1 and number 2 as well even knowing its been more than 6 and 4 years ago ?
They do not show up on my driving license any more.
I really appreciate if some one can help me out with this matter.

If in doubt, declare it.
