Should I Apply for RoA CoE after getting Job in the UK or not necessary for my child?

Hi Everyone,
Hope you are doing well.

I am Naturalised British Citizen, living in India from last 3 years. Married in India and have a child. My plans here did not work well, planning to go back to UK and look for Job.

Before I leave for the UK, can I apply for RoA CoE for my Baby with Indian Passport? or Shall I go back, find job and then Apply for it? Please suggest me the best option.

Thanks for your time.

Best Wishes...

Assuming your child was born after you got British citizens, you can apply, there is no 'parent must be employed' requirement.

hi, had to come back to have clarification on this.

While filling the RoA CoE Application Form, we need to fill Stay cost, Travel costs and Living Expenses etc. Since I (father of the applicant) don't have a job in the UK at the moment, don't the Visa Worker think its not safe/acceptable to offer visa to somebody who don't have enough funds to support himself in the UK? It may not be legal requirement to have a job but I am worried that how the Visa worker could perceive and decide this case?
