Hi,

I got my ILR in 2016 & my son born in India in 2011 & he is in the UK from 2011, can I apply Citizenship directly without ILR or I have to apply ILR then after 1 year I need to apply Citizenship?. My wife is still on T2 General dependent and I got my ILR through T2 General route.
Please advise.

Your child will follow the same route as your spouse and will need ILR before he can register as British when EITHER parent applies for citizenship or is already British.
